Small Groups

Everyone needs authentic committed relationships.  Spiritually, we get to know God and grow to be more like Christ when we take in God's Word, which grabs hold of us and transforms us through God's Spirit, with God's people encouraging and challenging us to live it out.  That is what Judson Baptist Church's Small Group ministry is all about!  There are two Judson family small group opportunities:

Marriages After God

This ministry exists to build up our marriages and families to be more and more like Christ and His church! We pursue God by regular meetings and events for praising, sharing, praying and studying marriage and family from a biblical perspective.  We encourage each other and grow together in a special group of people.

Koinonia Groups

Meeting monthly to know, pray for, enjoy and encourage one another with the purpose of being  Christ's family to one another between gatherings!   Contact Pastor Tom McElroy to get connected!

710 Groups

"Ezra had committed himself to studying the Revelation of God, to living it, and to teaching Israel to live its truth and ways" (The Message paraphrase of Ezra 7:10)

These groups of 4-6 people meet each week (with a one-week break each month) for nine months in order to seek, live and pass on the transforming principles of God's work regarding the following topics:

    The Word of God

    Being Led and Empowered by God

    Prayer

    Christ-like Character

    Helping Others to Know and Grow in Christ

    Being Family to one Another

    And Pleasing God in Our Family Relationships

Biblical principles are presented and modeled by group leaders.  Transformation is the goal!  Trust relationship, challenge, coaching, encouragement and support are key relational aspects of the groups.
